My husband is so happy and loves it. I ordered him the “Magic mushroom”. I would also like to thank your support staff for all they’re quick responses to my concerns through email. They’re support staff was helpful and efficient. After I emailed them about my concerns, they emailed me back not even 24 hours later. I appreciate that very much. I received my product just shy of the 10 day delivery date, which was absolutely fine by me, as I was told it would be here in 10 BUSINESS days.

My experience with grasscity started with some mail error causing it get bounced back to the Netherlands, this delayed the shipping for weeks and lead to missing the day I was intending on gifting said piece.
Grasscity went the extra mile (or kilometer, personal preference) to help remediate the situation and is in the process of reshipping and have even promised a couple gifts for the trouble.
Company’s are defined by how they handle things when they go wrong, and grasscity made sure to handle things well. If you order from here, some international mail error could happen but most likely you will be taken care of by the staff and ultimately happy with your purchase. More than likely though you will simply get great products, great prices and great service.
