Wow! This is one amazing filter! We’ve been looking for a good filter option for a while now and I’m glad I did my research and found this one. The setup is super simple and it’s great to know we’re finally drinking truly clean water. The best part about this filter is I never have to worry about anything not being filtered out as they do everything: bacteria, pharmaceuticals, hormones, Fluoride, chlorine, lead, pesticides and herbicides and the list goes on and on. We absolutely love this pitcher!

My main concern regarding water purity is added fluoride. Carbon activated water filters don’t filter out fluoride at all, which is the technology that’s used by most competitors, such as Brita and Pur. So I had just about given up hope when I discovered this Clearly Filtered water pitcher which claims to filter out “most” fluoride. Per my brand new (and calibrated) fluoride meter, my tap water is 2.4 ppm fluoride, and the filtered water out of the Clearly Filtered pitcher is 1 ppm fluoride. That’s pretty good. We don’t have filtered water where I work, so having this pitcher at my desk keeps me from having to carry filtered water into the office, or purchase bottled water. This water pitcher is easy to assemble and use, and the instructions on how to “prime” the filter are easy to follow. The filtered water is crystal clear and tasteless. As a bonus, the pitcher is nice looking, and handles easily. (The reviewer who’s getting drips must not be waiting for the water to filter through to the bottom.) It would be better if the Clearly Filtered pitcher filtered out all of the fluoride, but I don’t think that there are any water pitchers that can do that. This was a great find! I also got the the Clearly Filtered water bottle to take with me “on the road”.

This is the best water pitcher. What I love about this water pitcher is I can now enjoy the benefits of tap water without the contaminants and water tastes better than the filtered water that comes from my fridge. Unlike most standard water filters it really filters the water and does not just reduce the smell and taste of chlorine. Also what water pitcher in the price range can claim to reduce fluoride up to 90%? If you want fresh tap water without losing all the natural minerals in tap water that are good for your teeth and body buy this water pitcher. A lot of water pitchers and even high end water filters are removing everything in water now, so you have to add the minerals back, which is not good because a lot of people tend to be mineral deficient. Also did I mention Amazon has the best price?

Was looking for a Brita replacement for our family, as there have been serious water quality concerns in our urban area and the coverage of our previous filter was not up to snuff (look it up, I was surprised, though our city is probably more at fault. Didn’t lead in the water cause the fall of the Roman Empire?). In any case, we were spooked and I’m happy I ended up with this product. Out of the box it was sturdy and easy to set up. Capacity was higher than our Brita, so I found myself filling it up less frequently (although I’m sure Brita offers a similar high capacity line). As you’d expect, the water tastes good, perhaps a bit better, although I’ll admit the potential for placebo effect here. The peace of mind of getting the most crap out of the water as possible is really what I like most.
In short, for anyone that has serious concerns about their water quality, this product checks all the boxes.
