First things first. It looks different than most massagers I have come across. I mean look at it – it reminds me of a car buffer! It not only vibrates but the wheel spins too, but not so much that it gives you skin-burn. It has some resistance to it but enough to where you aren’t in pain. I put it to the test on an especially stressful day of countless deadlines, kids, husband, and trying to fit in things like eating and errands.

The MyoBuddy has 3 settings. The first setting was nice. It was just ok but I knew I needed something more. Setting #3 was too strong for me (hubs loved it though). The middle one was just right though.

This massager is amazing! I was suffering from a sore neck for weeks and got instant relief from Myobuddy! The vibration stimulates and you get a warm sensation even though the product itself is not heating up. I have also suffered from a frozen shoulder in the past, so any shoulder pain I notice I am quick to address and this really does the trick! This is a great massager if you have someone else doing it for you. It’s a bit heavy and bulky for trying to massage your own back – there’s just no good way to hold and angle it without your arm getting tired from holding it up while it’s vibrating. On high speed, our soft cover went flying off twice, so it doesn’t seem to fit right in order to stay on. I returned it and bought a smaller, easier to use massager.

I found out about this massager from my physical therapist’s office. I was going to PT for a back injury and they buffed me at the end of every session with this massager – it was SO amazing I had to get one of my own.
