Tim Tam Massager – TimTam.tech

I am just blown away by the professionalism of their support staff. I had a small issue and they went far beyond what would be expected to ensure I was fully satisfied with their product. The TimTam Power Massager v1.5 is simply amazing and actually gave me instant and lasting relief from tension in my knees causing pain near the ends of my range of motion. This product accomplished exactly want I wanted it to! I do highly recommend purchasing the metal tip package and hot/cold tips as well (you’ll thank me later). I was a little weary of buying this product but I sure am happy that I did! (Sorry to all my friends, I’ll shut up about how good it is eventually)

This product is awesome and well-worth the price. In addition, the customer service is second to none.

When I first recieved the Power Massager, it was working great for a brief period, however soon after it stopped working. After contacting customer service, I was notified that TT has been having issues with Amazon filling customer orders with returned devices, and that they are working quickly with Amazon to correct this. Jenny at customer service was amazing! Very helpful and responsive. For my inconvenience, TT completely rufunded me for my purchase, and in addition, sent me a complementary brand new device, which was sent and recieved very quickly.

As a proffesional athlete, I am loving the Power Massager. Very easy and convenient to use. Great for warming up before training sessions, and great for recovery…and it feels good too! Great product, great company! Higly reccomended!

I researched the TheraGun and Tim Tam massagers. I looked at the items on Amazon for features and benefits and reviews. I watched comparison videos on YouTube. I have a friend who has a Theragun and loves it, but after seeing my Tim Tam he said the Tim Tam was significantly quieter. The Theragun is definitely more expensive than the Tim Tam, but it comes with more accessories. They will both give you the same results. I bought the Tim Tam. I like that it is quieter, but it isn’t silent. I like that I can put the massage head in two positions, but Theragun can be in three positions. Not a big deal. The one thing I wish was that Tim Tam had a way to give a softer massage, because in some areas it is too strong. I think that is coming on their next version that they are taking pre-orders on. I don’t want to wait, so I’ll keep what I have. BTW, I have had sciatica in the past and have always had to deal with my legs, hips and lower back getting too tight, so that is what I use the Tim Tam on.

When I saw this ad on FB I was very skeptical..I went online and researched the website and it seems legit..I didn’t see anything negative about the company ect so I went ahead and placed my order. I was still very skeptical especially since after I placed the order it said it would be shipped out 4 weeks after I placed it. I reached out on FB messenger and got an immediate response which placed me at ease a little bit knowing there was a real person on the other end..they assured me they received my order and it will be shipped in 4 weeks.. 4 weeks go by and I reached out again to just make sure..and again I got an immediate response that let me know it was on its way! Sure enough within a few days I received it and a couple days later I received my free pulse massager. I am extremely happy with both products! As a daily weight lifter, this has helped me and also my boyfriend after every gym session. Thank you TimTam for being quick with your responses and reassuring me I wasn’t getting scammed 🙂
