Fit2B Studio is an online gym in the form of a massive library of workout videos and nearly 100 exercise routines including pilates, yoga, pre-natal, weights, tabata, functional cross training, stretching, ball workouts, relaxation, and more!
Having three kids in four and a half years made fitness low on the priority scale. For daily exercise, I loaded everyone into a stroller and went for a walk. While I was moving, I wasn’t getting back in shape.
When my youngest was about two years old, I began waking up FOR my day instead of TO my day and fitness a priority in my life again.
About this time I started seeing lots of information about diastasis recti or separation of the abdominal muscles. According to this test, I had a 2-3 finger separation at my navel. Not too bad but still not good! I’ve used three different exercise programs that focus on being “tummy safe” and healing for diastasis recti. Now I am stronger than I ever was before having kids!
Fit2B
Fit2B was the first one I tried. I started with the basic routines designed to strengthen and heal the core muscles. Within a couple of weeks, my abdominal separation had pretty much closed! I was a member of Fit2B for about a year. I really enjoyed it and saw an increase in my fitness level and strength. I was finally forced to find something else because the streaming videos were not working with our internet provider — our rural service was too slow!
PROS OF FIT2B
Bethany, the founder and teacher in most of the videos, is encouraging and educational while being fun to listen to. She does a great job of clearing describing and demonstrating each part of each workout. I also appreciate that the routines are not too complicated for my ungraceful, uncoordinated self!
The variety of Fit2B workouts is amazing! There is even a whole section for kids! You will never get bored and there are many clear pathways to increase your fitness level.
CONS OF FIT2B
The only cons for me were the monthly (or yearly) membership fee. And the need for a fast internet connection to access the videos. The membership fee is very reasonable and there are even mini-courses you can purchase separately and have lifetime access to!
Now, our rural high-speed internet has improved to the point where streaming video is no longer a problem! Currently, I enjoy using some of the mini-courses I’ve purchased. Someday I may rejoin for full access to the Fit2B site. But for now, I like keeping my options limited, less decision fatigue!
FIT2B IS RECOMMENDED FOR
Fit2B is a great fit for people who love variety! With so many different workouts to choose from, you will never get bored. Bethany also provides great personal encouragement throughout each workout. If you thrive on praise, this is also a great choice for you.
How Fit2B is Helping Me All Day Long
Morning
I go through the PMS Routine every morning. It helps my pain greatly. If you suffer from chronic pelvic pain or monthly menstrual cramps, I can’t recommend this enough.
Afternoon
I’ve mentioned before that I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. Keeping my pelvic floor in good shape is essential for managing my pain. I use Fit2B’s Pelvic Floor routine at least three times a week. It takes less than a half an hour to complete.
I also try to get in a quick 10 -15-minute workout that focuses on other areas. There is an excellent selection of different workouts to choose from that can be done in 10-15 minutes.
Night
When I’m ready to go to sleep, I usually do some light stretching or one of their relaxation workouts. But, I really enjoy their Bedtime Mediation. It helps relax me enough to be able to sleep.
For the first time in my life, I’m truly excited to workout. I’m not in extreme pain afterward. Even on my hard days, I can do one of their routines. Have you used Fit2B before? What is your favorite workout with them?

This DVD is fantastic! I have a membership to the fit2b website, but I love this because I can take it with me when I travel, or when I’m away from a fast internet connection! HIGHLY recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things! Beth is such an amazing, encouraging teacher. These workouts have really changed my posture, health, core strength, and overall feel! I have recommended them to all my friends. This DVD is a great way to still be able to do the workouts without great Internet connection. They play both our DVD players, as well as the computer.

Huge Fit2B fan here. Workouts are gentle but don’t mistake that for easy! They are very effective, healing and uplifting. I highly recommend Fit2b to anyone who will listen. 🙂

I’m pregnant and used to a pretty average workout level. I thought this was a real legit workout video, but it looks like it was filmed in this lady’s dimly lit living room. You don’t even do a full rep of one workout before switching and there is heavy use of furniture like couches rather than actual workout equipment. Also there is only one option. I thought there would be different workouts for different trimester. If you are an exercise beginner or in your 3rd trimester and trying to take it easy, this might work for you, but I was left feeling disappointed.

I love these workouts! Simple and effective. As a mom of many little ones they are easy enough to do with the kids around, but yet are strengthening and working me well in short period of time. Besides when you can workout at home it makes it easier to find the time since it doesn’t involve having to load kids in the car and go out to the gym. I enjoy the online access to the workouts alot but having a DVD is great since I live in an area where internet can be spotty, so this is a great back up and option for lousy internet areas!

This DVD is a great workout, but it does NOT play on a regular TV DVD player, only the computer. I returned the first one because I thought it was an error, but the second wouldn’t play on the regular DVD player either. As long as you have access to a computer with a DVD drive, it’s fine.

My favorite pregnancy workout so far. I’m still in the first trimenster. The video is somewhat low budget and not easy, but is realistic. It’s the perfect living room workout. I’m not in fantastic shape and was able to keep up pretty well. I only did the 40 minute workout, which had good variety and did not get dull. This will be my go to routine for a while.
Update: I was sore the following day. Maybe take it easy the first couple times and if you have hard floors, use a mat for the floor routine. A rug over hardwood didn’t cut it. That is where I’m feeling it most. I still think it’s a great workout. Good luck!

This is a great workout, especially for women who did more strenuous workouts before pregnancy. I used to do P90X and Insanity workouts before I was pregnant and found that this workout brings a good amount of intensity, while still using movements that are safe for pregnant women. I’ve also read several pregnancy books and noticed that Erin incorporates a lot of the exercises that are recommened for preparation of labor, which is great. It does seem like a fairly low-budget production, as some other reviewers have mentioned, but the workout is a good one, so I don’t mind. There are a couple times she seems to spazz out a little bit, but I think it’s kind of funny… She reminds me of Cheri Oteri from Saturday Night Live in the late 90s. Overall, I would definitely recommend this video to anyone trying to stay in shape while pregnant.

I bought this DVD going into my 3rd trimester. Up until then I had been doing prenatal yoga and still going to the gym. I just started feeling like I wasn’t getting as much out of them as I wanted. At the gym I was doing light weights and cardio, and third trimester yoga is very limiting. I started feeling like I was completely losing all of my muscle tone. The last I wanted to feel, on top of everything else going on in my body, was soft and out of shape. This DVD targets all the areas I was concerned about (biceps, triceps and thighs). It also gets your heart rate up without causing you to feel like you are over-doing it. Another bonus is that you don’t have to buy equipment along with the dvd. She uses her coffee table, a chair and the wall. I personally love this DVD and I am so glad that I found it. I am in my eight month and I still have so much energy and sleep really well and I definately feel like this video helps me attain that.
