Hi! I love these bracelets, I have the white marble bracelet that’s real marble! I also have the blue marble Owl bracelet, but it took less than a week for all of the gorgeous blue and white marble to fade into black. Some of the black paint has even faded off. It is not the bracelet I ordered and I am less than pleased. Wondering if I contact customer service if I could get a refund or a new bracelet.

This is one item I use daily. I have gotten a lot of compliments on this. It absorbs essential oils well. At night, i put it on my rock salt lamp. It warms it so it isn’t cold when I put it on in the morning. I definitely feel more grounded when I have this on.

I really really wanted to be able to keep this, but it was just too uncomfortable to wear, as it pulled my arm hairs anytime I moved my arm. The bracelet has a nice weight and amazing look to it; very masculine. If it had not pulled hairs, I would have given 5 stars and kept it.

Very nice bracelet, but after a little over a month the string holding the beads together gave way and beads fell all over the place, not happy with quality or purchase

I ordered two items from Alpha Accessories and never got them. No idea what happened to my order. Never got my money back either. I sent them multiple e-mails asking about the order, never got the answer (meanwhile, they sent me a bunch of promotional e-mails). I sent them a message on Instagram and they ignored it, of course. I even posted a comment on their Instagram page and they deleted it! That was very rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional! I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated and I do not recommend buying from this company. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

I would leave them 0 stars if I could, it’s a scam, they don’t send you anything and never respond to emails. It’s been over a month, no response to multiple emails and no other way to reach. Buyer beware, this company is a total fraud.
